onvery busy but was able to work me in for an oil change & tire rotation. was told I need a new car battery, but price seems a little high for installation of battery, when other places do not charge extra for putting in the battery.

Customer service and support non-existent after sales

onBuyer beware, Leachman does not value customers or care after the sale. I purchase a vehicle from Leachman. While the deal was ok, I soon found that customer service and support are non-existant after the sale. Not only have they not corrected the sale issues, but warranty work as well Over 2 months trying to get into the promised service so far. They will not return calls or follow up as promised. I was literally told to find another dealer to fix the issues they promised to fix.

Power steering problem

onI contacted Leachman GMC to determine if there was any warranty available for a power steering issue. I was informed there was an additional 'warranty' to cover the power steering. The 2010 Acadia was left at the dealership. In about an hour, I received a call notifying me that repairing the power steering issue would cause the steering gear to have to be replaced, which cost $1130. I think GM should be responsible for the cost of replacing the steering gear.

onI walked in for a scheduled appointment for oil change. Was notified there was a recall on the 2015 Escalade. I t would be a download and take @ 2 hours. They had me in a borrowed car off the lot in about 5 minutes, and I was on my way. In 3 hours, they called that it was ready. I returned the car and got mine back. GREAT SERVICE! GREAT ATTITUDES! I love my friends at Leachman!

On the road emergency

Great service

onJohn Schmidt was very helpful, polite and friendly. He also explained seemed sympathetic to the problem with my car, and explained the issue to me very well. However I feel like the woman (who may have been his manager) was holding him up to in order to discipline him about other issues in front of customers which seemed unfair on John and on those waiting to be dealt with. I also found her whispering behind a sheet of A4 paper about a foot in front of where I was standing to be bad business practice. If you wish to speak to your staff without being heard, then it's probably best to take him aside and have a private conversation. I would reccomend this dealership though as John and the rest of the staff were very friendly.

Always the best service

onAmazing customer service. Was bringing my 2014 GMC Sierra in for routine maintenance. Was greeted as soon as I came through the door. The gentleman at the service counter was polite and professional. I am a GM enthusiasts when it comes to the vehicle I drive and I enjoy coming to a dealership or a service center that treats me like I'm important to them. Other dealerships or service centers you feel as if your just another number. At Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac, I'm always treated better than that.

onI had to take my car into your service center on 4/24/15 to have a spoiler piece put on and there was a recall on the sunroof switch. So the service center took care of it. onThe staff wants to help you and the fact that they don't have to worry about a commission takes pressure off of them. I buy a vehicle for the service aspect and since leaving Wilson Motors in Franklin (the only dealership I had ever used), Leachman gladly stepped in and has taken great care of my vehicles. onI had a break down with my 2011 CTS Cadillac overheating. I believe I walked in the door on a Tuesday evening at about 635pm and by 8 pm I was on my way out the door and my car was fixed.
