onI went in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and a serpentine belt replacement. In total, this required about 2.5 hours. I waited for my vehicle in the lobby area and worked on some paperwork for my job. Overall, the service department was fast and communicated well with me about the maintenance and repairs being done to my vehicle. The process did not feel rushed nor did it feel too slow. In advance of requesting the repair, I was given ample notice that the wait time would be just over an hour. I was also able to take advantage of the discounts being offered by Leachman and GM. I have to say that this was a great service appointment, and I appreciate the work done by the office and service shop staff.
