We have the car servied at the dealership the first 50,000 miles of course because of the coverage when buying a new BMW.
However, we can not always bring it back for servicing, so it gets to the dealer now about every other oil change.
The loaner car service is great I wish other dealers would do this when the car is going to be there for the day. I have never had to have a job corrected when done at this dealership.
Which is nice because no one likes to go back to have a do-over because the first time was screwed-up.
