My fiance and I have really struggled dealing with dealerships. High pressure salesmen, changing of prices, just disrespect in general! We found the best "salesman" ever in Molly! She was zero pressure, knowledgeable and just fantastic! We will go straight to Luxury and Imports and straight to Molly for all our future auto needs! Thank you for the best dealership experience we have ever had Molly! We love our Rav-4!

We had been looking for a specific pickup for awhile. I had found a pickup we really liked online but it was in Kansas 3 hours away from us. We wanted to trade 2 vehicles in on a pickup to downsize. Our plans fell through to go see the pickup due to harvest and Tony offered to bring the pickup to us. We went back and forth on information and pricing via text. He had a driver bring the pickup to us, we signed the paperwork on the spot. The driver took one of our trade-ins back and is coming back for the other one today. Now that Is service!!! He knew we were deep into harvest with no time and made it easy and we love our new truck.. Ive never had a dealer that went that far and above. Thank you..

I have probably bought close to a dozen cars in my short life and this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The only reason they received 2 stars was because the were semi helpful in buying one car out of two my wife and I went in to purchase, and they made sure that a noticeable past oil leak was not a further problem.. Once they completed that first sale they became distant strangers with little help in finishing our other purchase or returning any phone calls. First it started by them assuring me that a 2-for would be easy to complete based on the information we gave them and a preapproval. On a Saturday, the manager in Junction City claimed that I had an approval but it was stuck in limbo and he could not do anything further on my approval until Monday morning to call them to change some numbers. When I went in Monday morning to check on it, the manager had sold it that morning to another individual claiming that he could get nobody to approve it because it was an older vehicle (he didn't know that ahead of time and I thought I had an approval on Saturday?) Then I asked him about trading my truck in for another car. By this time it was a little late in the evening and the manager said to come in Tuesday morning and we could work on it. I was there at 9:20 in the morning and the manager said that I was #7 in line (but I have been trying to complete a sale since Saturday and on Tuesday morning I was 7th in line?) When I said I will stay and wait he came up with a thought that he could go ahead and do it now and it wouldn't take long. First we had an approval, then that one did not look so good but there was another finance company that was looking good, but he wanted me to go check a credit union as he thought it would have been easy to get an approval and be a better rate (even though credit unions are horrible to get approvals at from my experience..) When I went back to the manager to tell him the results of the credit union, the offer that looked good prior had magically stalled because they wanted him to lower the purchase cost by $2,000 for this vehicle. I again was flexible and noticed that this company had an almost identical car to the one I was trying to buy for $2,000 less. Now all of a sudden that offer was gone and off the table and he could not complete that sale. And every time I called or went into the office he was busy with several other customers or applications but at no time unless I offered to stay did the manager even attempt to work on my packet (to the best of my knowledge as every time I called or arrived he said no he had not had a chance to work on it..) So that's another problem. There is only 1 salesman, 1 person who runs the credit stuff, and 1 person who does the temporary tags and maintenance and they are so backed up that most people are not even getting helped as there is not enough time in the day to help all their customers. All this company did was run my credit a dozen times promising that it should be easy to complete while supposedly not being able to complete anything. I understand my credit is in the rebuilding process, but all they did was run my credit into the ground even further by a dozen inquiries in 3 days making it damn near impossible to get a new car for another 2 years until I clean it up again, without anything to show for it, while he sat there and said this company, or that company should be easy... That's fine, I will be going to training soon and with taxes I will save up money to buy a car in cash within 6 months and Luxury and Imports will be the last place I even attempt to look at for a new car. We will not be promoting this company or referring anyone to the company as long as we are stationed at Fort Riley.

I'm 61 years old and have purchased vehicles in several states, but I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience! Joe and Dominic bent over backwards to make our deal work! I found the low-mileage pickup in the right price range, drove it and decided on the amount I was going to offer, but before I made the offer, they made me a BETTER OFFER! I was blown away! We made the deal on a handshake and they held the truck over the weekend until I had my financing in place. After the deal was made they threw in a remote fob that I forgot to ask for! Several days after the sale the paid for repairs for a problem that showed up! These guys are the BEST!!!

Well!! What can I truly say about a company that has definitely come through for me not once but three times? Even after all of these years, I always receive the same fabulous service “simply amazing”. I started off my little adventure with one of the owners Mr. Ted Rae. Took the vehicle “I really knew what I already wanted”… for a test drive (VW Tiguan) and came back and made a few mental notes (things I liked and didn’t like). Ted and I talked for a few minutes and he took some notes regarding a few of the “minor”………….issues on the vehicle. Then Ted handed me off to the Business Development Manager Mr. Cooper Albright. Just an absolutely incredible young man “such a warm and welcoming personality”. If this guy doesn’t put you at ease with your car buying experience I'm not sure what will... After a short discussion Ted and Cooper stated that the car would be ready the next day. That next day I came in and finished up the Finance piece with the Manager Mr. Chad Atcheson. Chad was the easiest guy you could ever talk to regarding financing. He wasn’t there to push extra things (like extended warranties). Of course, I’m not saying that we didn’t have conversations about it (I was curious). I declined the extended warranty and we finished up the transaction. However, Ted was on point when he talked about how cars have a lot more electronics on them and how repairs can be pretty costly without proper warranties … It should be noted that I went back to Chad this past week and got a copy of the extended warranty – wanted to review it “Chad is probably right "okay he is right"…” I will likely go back and buy it in the next 30 days or less! That being said I just want to say from the moment I walked in the door I felt like a member of the Luxury Imports family. From beginning to end my experience with Ted, Cooper and Chad was absolutely top notch. All I can say to Luxury Imports, Leavenworth, KS thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience and I look forward to my next purchase next year. COL (Retired) Bettina R. Moncus

After coming in and being told we were approved for a vehicle and how much we had to put down, we waited for over a week for Cooper to return our phone calls,text, and emails we got tired of waiting and called up there and hot in touch with Joe who said he was taking over our deal and that we had to get another car because the one we was approved for wouldn't work with financing. We were then told we had to have an extremely higher amount down and we drove over an hour to come get our new vehicle for our family of 6. We got there and was told the car was damaged and needed repairs which was not even brought up over the two weeks we had been in contact with them. We were then told that they didn't include our sales tax in the financing and with the extremely high down payment we were not able to pay the sales tax and down payment. They ran our credit 12 times over a one week period and dropped our score so low that it will take a long time to clear it up and be able to even look for another vehicle somewhere else. We were just told "sorry" and before we even left the lot they were showing the vehicle that was supposed to be ours to another family. This place is very unprofessional and very rude. If you choose to buy a vehicle from them make sure everything that is promised is in writing and that they do not run your credit as much as they did ours which again was 12 times. Our mother and father was also going to buy 2 vehicles from them and that will not happen now as they did our family so wrong they lost 3 very good customers.

My husband has been shopping for an upgrade for years, YEARS! He noticed a nice Jeep Grand Cherokee at the Leavenworth Luxury & Imports location and went in on Saturday morning to inquire about and test drive the vehicle. He loved it. He called me and asked if I would like to come see it and sit in on the financial parts of the transaction. We took it for a drive and both really loved the vehicle. My husband requested a few things get changed on the vehicle to proceed with the sale. The were very accommodating of the requests, so the deal started. He then told the dealer, John Rea, that he would need to go home to pick up some paperwork and I offered to go while they were working on other things. I jokingly stated that maybe they would let me drive the Dodge Challenger that they had sitting on their lot, right out front! John didn't hesitate to get me the keys! Clearly, I fell in love. When I returned, my husband said, "Should we see what they could do for BOTH vehicles?" I laughed, then looked at his face and saw he was serious! Bless John's heart for sticking it out with me because what came after was a LONG day filled with indecision on my part! I think I ended up test driving it FOUR times, the last being to take it home, with the Jeep, to see how they would fit in the garage. They fit, and I had no more power in me to argue against getting it! I have wanted one for years! My husband and I are both THRILLED with our new vehicles and greatly appreciate the time, care, and above all PATIENCE of the staff in helping us through the crazy decision we made! We will definitely go to Luxury & Imports for all our vehicle needs in the future! Happy buying!!

After Dealing with a horrible Pit Boss at a Toyota Dealer in Lees Summit, MO, My daughter and I went on Cars.Com to find a place that had a variety of quality used cars we were looking for. We shopped a few places in fort in the Leavenworth area, but were drawn back to Luxury & Imports due to the professionalism of the entire staff, but especially John Rea. It was a welcoming experience for my daughter, but even for me. After my daughter bought her car, I had no plans to make a purchase, but found a high quality Silverado Truck for a great price, and after putting out a feeler for a possible trade-in on my car I drove there, I ended up leaving with that truck along with my daughter and her new car. My plan is to shop Luxury & Imports in the future if they have the vehicles me or my wife want, but if they don't have it at the time, John will do his best to find the quality car you (or I) are/am looking for. He even took care of me on some great prices on a few extras I wanted for the truck, and he came through at a value price (and I did cost comparing) and nothing I could find beat his price. It is apparent that L&I values their customer's business. If you want a good car shopping experience, this is the place to go. - Jack M.
