I have bought 2 cars from Dale Willey. They have treated me right both times. I always take my cars in to them for service because their prices are fair and they do good work. Recently, I had an issue with the driver's seat. I had the seat repaired in October and, I believe, it was damaged during a subsequent service call. Dale Willey fixed the seat, no questions asked! They clearly stand by their work and treat their customers right. I cannot say it strongly enough - Dale Willey is an outstanding place to buy and service your car. They have my highest possible recommendation.

The staff at Dale Willey Automotive were extreamly curtious, helpfull, informative, and professional. Although I live 200 miles from this dealership I would gladly make that drive again when I purchase my next vehicle. Hands down the BEST expierience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I tried what all the dealerships close to me or in the KC metro but am willing to drive a few minutes to get exceptional service and a good deal. I have purchased 9 vehicles from Elly Claussen at Dale Willey in Lawrence and will continue to go back when I need a vehicle.
