I would definitely think twice before purchasing your vehicle or even getting it serviced here. We needed another car...had no intention of buying until our car broke down. The thing is, we received great service when we got our car above and beyond. They even put more money into the car before we left the dealership. It was told to us with evidence that the everything was top notch. Transmission included. Two weeks later we are having issues with our car and it isnt driveable. We had to get our car towed from our house to the dealership ( with money we did not have). They checked the car saying they didn't have the tools to service our VW. If no tools, how did you all fully service the car from the beginning? Now, its almost two weeks no word from them about anything. They wont even give us a loaner! I can't work. We have daycare cost. They don't care! I'm telling everyone i know never to come here.

I would like to start off by saying that my mind was set on getting one type of car and didn't want to see anything else period lol. After Ernie took his time with me and went through what I liked and what he suggested as well. I thank him for his patients and time that he took to make sure that I was happy.

Found the vehicle I wanted online and reached out to Victory Chrysler. Was contacted by Fred Leatz and he stayed in contact with me, brought in the exact vehicle I wanted and I was able to do most all of the paperwork over the internet and phone! It was a painless experience and Fred was amazing!! Very honest and straight forward. Was contacted by Ben, also and he worked with Fred to bring in my vehicle. Chris was able to lower my interest to just 4.99% and keep my payment right where I wanted it! I love my 2018 Jeep Renegade Sport and the Victory Chrysler team was friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been searching for a vehicle for awhile. I have met a number of car salesmen but no one impressed me like Sid. He provided a comfortable, non pressured shopping experience. He was able to answer all my questions about the car and I got a comprehensive test driving experience. I bought a Chrysler 300s with a great certified warranty and I am very happy with it. I have dealt many many dealerships and none of them have ever worked so hard to get my business and give me a great deal. Quaylan was very kind and patient with us and my son. Not alot of people can put up with my since of humor. Matt worked hard with the banks to get us in our new vehicle. I have also never met a manager like Ben that made sure to greet and talk with every client there and make sure they was having a good experience. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Bought a 2018 Sahara and what an excellent buying experience. I saw online the incentives and discounts that were being advertised and sure enough without a hitch the dealership met that price. Other dealers told me they couldn’t sell for such a low price but they did ! Also very fair trade in value - I was really impressed! Go in and ask for my salesman Rodney Dillard - he will go the extra mile for you!!

Untrustworthy Service department. DO NOT buy a car and/or have your car serviced there. There are many other Dodge/Chrysler dealers in the area. I took my 2013 Durango into the dealer for a hand full of work to the power train and recalls. This was all covered under the PT Warranty. Before the service appointment, I brought the Durango in a week prior to have a tech ride with me and ensure that, yes, there seems to be a problem with the transfer case. They did ask about newer tires on the front vs the rear (same brand). I stated that this transfer case feel was happening 6+ months before the new front tires were installed due to a puncture. They should be unrelated. Blake in service noted this and I also told the tech the thing during the test drive. This week I had the car serviced and they will NOT cover the warranty work on the transfer case because of the 4/32 difference in tread depth on the tires. I stated over and over that the problem was before the tire change, not the cause of the problem. Even with the previous week's conversation with Blake (lead service), they did not believe me. Blake even states he doesn't remember that conversation, then states he remembers talking to me about it. Multiple arguments about them producing paperwork stating this tread depth voided the warranty situation. They even asked me to just look in the owners manual. Even the Head of Service (Brent) could not find where this is stated. No luck at all. I have caught them in multiple lies and they state now that they just want me to go away. Worst dealer experience I have ever had. Creating a formal complaint with Chrysler (CAIR Ticket).

This place is a joke, they have cars listed on the website, We live about an hr away in Conway, SC. sent messages to their website, never heard anything, so decided just to go look at the cars, come to the cars were not even for sale and could not pass inspection. Walked in and talked to some guy, asked him about the cars, we walks in another office and left me standing, never even came back to tell me anything. Worst customer service I have ever had

I bought a Ram truck from Victory back in February. Love the truck, got a great deal too. I had two minor issues. My spare key fob quit working and I couldn't find the socket for the security lug nuts on my wheels. I took it into Victory Dodge on a Friday afternoon, with no appointment. Stan Wilhite, the Service Advisor, took control. When I left, I had a new working key fob, replacement lug nuts, and updated system software. Awesome job guys. While I'm in Kansas City, Victory Dodge will be my dealership....

Completely disrespected

So, I did win as the jerk said! I had a horrible experience, the salesman who lost or on the deal, got in my face after throwing keys at me and taking a lunch break while fueling up my new jeep. He was completely disrespectful towards me and I'd never suggest anyone going to this dealer. They are like robots none were very polite. Glad Jay wanted the cash. I even got it 300 cheaper than expected, however Randy should be fired for throwing keys at me and speaking to me that way. Was the worst experience with a salesman ever
