I recently bought an SUV from Holm Automotive in Abilene, Ks. My experience was very positive from start to finish. Holm has up front, extremely fair, competitive prices which made it easy to compare which vehicles were in my price range. There was never any pressure from my salesperson ( Kent Holtzen), just excellent input when I requested his advice. The entire purchase process was smooth and free of stress. Every question I asked was answered quickly and honestly, with some shared conversation and laughter along the way. Kent spent a great deal of time the day I received the Encore guiding me in setting up the many Infotainment features and making sure I understood how everything worked. I left the dealership with a full tank of gas and confidence that I had found a great auto dealership! I'll be returning for all needed maintenance to their nationally Number 1 rated service department as well!

When rubber hits the road

I needed to get new tires on my car so that I could leave on vacation. Chuck Loader got my car in fast and gave me a great deal on tires. They got me down the road quickly and safely to enjoy my vacation. Awesome service, above and beyond!!

When getting our cars serviced, we drive 50 minutes from our home to Holm Automotive, because of the excellent care we have always received. Chuck, Jamie and the entire service department are efficient, competent, and respectful. It is a pleasure to do business at Holm Auto!

I have always gone to Holm Auto for all my vehicle needs. I trust the service people, the body shop, the parts department, administration, sales people, and Tim Holm. Everyone at Holm Automotive are fabulous. I can tell them my concerns or needs and they will do their best to see that I have my needs and wants granted. I have gotten 8 vehicles from Holm Auto and I trust no one except Holm. I am treated like a close friend and am always greeted with smiles from everyone. I usually deal with Chuck or Jamie in the service department. My to-go-to salesman is Chris. I cannot say enough on how you can trust Tim Holm and his wonderful members of his team at Holm Automotive.

This is our 3rd new pick-up purchase in the last 6 years and each experience has been the same. Courteous and helpful staff, quick turn-around time from the salesmanship to the financing to the driving home in the new purchase. This last time they delivered the new pickup to our little rural town 100 miles away. We will continue to do business with Holm Automotive, they make it easy for us.

the appointment went off on time. (no waiting) Everyone was courteous, and in good spirits. The wait time was as promised. I was in formed of optional repairs and given the choice to act on them. All in all, just the experience that I have come to expect of this dealer!

Chris was a great salesman , he asked what i was looking for, wanted, and needed in a vehicle. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in the cars and trucks i was shown. Corey was very helpful in the finance department, he tried to get me the best deal he could with my credit, he was very helpful in showing me the warranty's that were available for my vehicle and my needs.

Fair, Friendly, and Helpful

We broke down in the middle of a road trip on our way home, only to have Holm tell us that it was so bad we might need a new car. It was a very stressful situation to be in, but Jamie really helped us through it. He put all the options on the table, including buying a new car there, but he didn't pressure us. In the end, he found a replacement engine for our car. He installed it and performed some other work to make sure the job was done right, and he stayed in the budget range he gave us. He showed genuine personal concern for us, and the car's been running great these two weeks since we got it back. Thanks Jamie! It's really too bad that our engine blew up on us, but by God's grace it happened just outside of Abilene. A very friendly regular customer even gave us a ride to and from the car rental place while we were waiting on the engine work. Thanks Kim Shaffer!

Cale was very helpful getting us the truck that we wanted. Corey was very knowledgeable about getting our loan financed and we were able to go home within hours of arriving with our new truck!! We got a good deal on our trade in vehicles and we got a monthly payment that worked within our budget!! We definitely recommend Cale and the Holms family for your next car! We will be using them again when we need another car!! We really enjoyed working with Cale and Corey. They were both very helpful, and cared about us and getting the deal we wanted and the vehicle we came for.

We are very happy with our new 2014 Chevy Traverse. We went to the dealership shopping for a used vehicle, but couldn't pass up the deal on this new car. Our salesman, Hunter McMillen explained everything about the car very well and was very friendly and helpful as he was working two sales at the same time! Next we worked with Pat Magee in the finance department and he was very helpful and professional as well. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience at this dealership.

I took my Chrysler Aspen to a Chrysler dealership (not Holm) for a manufacturer recall. I was told that there was not a recall out for my car, even though I had received 2 paper notices and 2 phone calls from Chrysler. I was told that they checked out the part (rear axle pinion nut) and that mine was a different size and was fine. I felt that could not be correct, and with it being a serious repair, took my vehicle to Holm where I have had work done before. They took time out of their schedules to call and check on the recall for my particular car, crawled under it , getting wet and snowy, and confirmed that I do have the part that was included in the recall. Now, if only Chrysler would allow them to complete the recall. I would know for sure that it was properly taken care of!

My husband realized he had a flat tire at 6:00 am in the morning. He had to get to work so he took my car which left me without one. I called a friend and she gave me a ride to work. I called Holm Auto in Abilene where we had purchased the vehicle and talked to to Chuck Loader. I told Chuck I needed his help fixing the tire but the car was in Enterprise, Ks. He told me not to worry he would take care of everything and I would have the vehicle to drive home before I got off work. I took my keys down to the office and went back to work. Holms had my tire fixed and parked the car in the parking lot before lunch, that's superior service! Thanks to Chuck and his team my day ended up great! I'm so impressed with the wonderful friendly service we've received at Holm Auto. I also want to thank Dave Surritte, and Jeff Johnson for selling us both of our cars.
