There were no high-pressure sales tactics. The salesman let me demo the sound system for an extended period without interruption. They gave me about $2,500 more for my trade-in than a previous big city dealer had offered (haggle-free, I might add). They didn't make me sign a SINGLE thing the first day, even though I had made my intention to buy quite clear. They were able to secure a fantastic interest rate at a local institution (2 points lower than the big city dealer). When I came back in the next day, they even asked me if I had any second thoughts. I don't know too many salesmen who would create an opening for a buyer to back out like that. The salesman went through all the calculations and even showed me the original faxed financing offer so I would know they didn't inflate it in order to get more money in their pocket. I have never before had such a comfortable car buying experience. Highly recommended!
