I have no idea what a "drive out" price would be in GA. You need to deal the price down on the car with the destination and dealer fee included - to no more than $500 over invoice - then when you add the legit taxes and fees you will have the out the door price for where you live. I think just about all the Atlanta area dealers charge $500 or so doc fees, so it will be hard(er) to get a great deal from them - but there are many in a small area so competition for your purchase may help. Prebul in Chattanooga has a more modest doc fee and may deal pretty low. Harper in Knoxville has $0 doc fee and you should be able to deal down to $750 or less over invoice. Dennis

The guy in Knoxville told me he would do $1,000 off of MSRP and they have $0 doc fee, you might be able to negotiate a better deal than that. You can also check with Gwinnett in Duluth - they may offer you a nice deal as well. Chattanooga is a bit out of the way for you, it looks like. E-mail me for contract info via my profile if you would like, or just go through their web pages. I have had two BMWs (330i, M5) and they were great cars as long as they were not having problems :D . Even with the improvements, the G models still lag behind a bit as a "driver's car" but the gap is pretty narrow, but Infiniti has an edge in price and reliability and (to me) interior and exterior design. The G coupes retain value at least as well as a BMW coupe, I would think - the sedans do not seem to do quite as well. For 99% of the drivers and 99% of the situations the G is all anyone would need. If you know someone who works for Nissan or you work for a supplier you can get a VPP price - which for most folks ends up about $300 over invoice (less any incentives or rebates). Makes for a simple transaction at a nice price. A loaded up G37 sport (nav, tech, premium, etc) is under $40k invoice and around $43k MSRP. If you configure a BMW 335 coupe with cold/sport/premium/nav/active cruise/PDC/etc the INVOICE is $47,692 with an MSRP of $51.325. So on a loaded car, you cold buy the BMW at invoice and the G37 at full MSRP still pay nearly $5,000 more for it. However you want your car configured would effect that difference, but even stripped it will be a lot of money. Add in a discount off of the G MSRP and the gap is even wider. Dennis

How far are you from Knoxville, Duluth, GA, and/or Chattanooga? I am pretty sure you can get a coupe for maybe $1k under MSRP with $0 dealer fee at one of them and maybe a better deal at the others. Dennis

Try Harper in Knoxville, Prebul in Chattanooga, and Gwinnett in Duluth, GA. I have contacts at all three, but you should be able to get a decent deal by going through the "Internet" department via their web pages. I think there was another GA dealer I talked to at one time that seemed to want to deal. Another dealer in AL was very helpful as well, but did not have a car available like I wanted. I have that info someplace buried in some notes :D . Dennis
Any experience buying the sedan in Huntsville AL or surrounding area

Hey, Anyone out there...have you dealt with the Infiniti of Huntsville dealership...if so what has been your experience (cost, service, salesman, & overall experience). Any experience with the internet sales manager/person? If no one has dealt with dealer in Huntsville Alabama, what about the dealers in Chattanooga TN, Nashville TN, or Birmingham AL...all are about 100 miles away. Thanks.

Hope you are enjoying your car. I have been looking at the Carribean blue, but I would like a black interior, most come with the willow interior (I checked with Huntsville AL, Birmingham AL, Chattanooga TN, and Nashville TN). The only one with a black interior had the full Aero package and a price of $38k. I am looking for premium package, winter package, auto. What color is your interior and did you have a choice? Also, after you have had it for a while, please let us know how the carribean blue color does for showing dirt. I am talking about normal everyday dirt...not dirt from snow. Thanks...
