Ray was a dream to work with. I think he was a salesman but assured me he was very honest. I felt very comfortable with him. His professionalism was very apparent, his knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. It took me about an hour and half to say yes. This is the first time I've purchased a used vehicle in probable 25-30 years. But was just as proud as driving off in a new one. Thank you for having staff that gives you a sense of assurance.

Tom Roush is an amazing dealership to work with and to buy from. Shipping and parts supplies is an issue but that is with the entire country right now. Other than that, which is not their fault, I won't go anywhere else for anything on any of my vehicles.

Valet service very helpful as busy during tax season. Driver great. Arrived on time and was back when expected. Did have a problem of scheduling with text/email notifications that wouldn't allow corrections to date and location. Call to service dept. cleared up the issue. Thank you to everyone.

Quality dealer with top talent. John our sales rep was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The showroom is top notch and inventory abundant despite supply shortages due to COVID. They dealt with my wife and I as valued customers and we got a fair deal at a time competitors are up charging above MSRP. I will buy from them again. We love our Lincoln Nautilus!!
