We purchased a 2012 Grand Caravan from this dealership. During the course of the deal, the year of the vehicle was represented as 2014, rather than a 2012 (honest mistake). The situation was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The way problems are handled and resolved speak a great deal about the quality of a dealership. Very happy and satisfied with the outcome.
