I purchased a used vehicle from BMW and I have never been more unhappy. When I test drove the truck, my husband and I smelt something funny. We mentioned it to the salesman and he said he would have a mechanic look at the vehicle. When we came back the next day, he said everything was ok. We purchased the truck, but in the next few days the smell got so bad we had it checked out and the heater core was bad. We spent an additional $500.00 to have it fixed. Since we bought the vehicle "as is" the dealership said it was our problem. Not being a mechanic, I am sure if the vehicle had been checked out as our salesman said, they would have found the problem. They would not negotiate on the price, and then I had to put out even more so we had heat They just wanted the sale. I will never go back, and I will definitely not recommend this dealership.

Bought my used BMW from this dealership. All maintenance records were intact, dealer CPO'd my vehicle which was 5 years old and did a good bunch of stuff before I bought the car.

We previously lived on Maui, and had a Honda. We were used to an excellent dealership, with great sales personnel and service. The sales experience here with Joe H. was excellent. He is knowledgeable, personable, with no high pressure sales. He found the exact car we wanted. He was especially helpful when we picked up the car, setting up the phone and answering all our questions. He also has helped us whenever we needed something after the sales, always friendly to my wife. He is what makes the dealership what it is.

Easy buying experience

I dealt with Charlie B and worked out a fair price on a used M5. He was 100% professional and made himself available whenever needed. I drove nearly 100 miles to the dealership when there is a BMW dealer in my own town. That should be testament enough as to my experience with this dealership.

I have had such a pleasant and wonderful experience with this dealership. They make driving a BMW such a pleasant time. Paul , Krisiti and Howard in service are the reason I will continue to come back. They go the max for the customers, to making sure you have a loaner, a clean car when done, and if you need anything extra they will do what they can to make you happy. I worked with Kevin for my purchase what a great sales person. He did his best and he made the experience very pleasant. And they have a trainer on staff to help you with all the bells and whistles in the car. And that is service. I have been back several times with questions and needing help ,and they were always there for me. Thank you for the experience as well as the wonderful service. A Place Worth Checking Out

If your in the market for a good deal, professionalism, and great service this is the place. My team Kevin, Juan, Rachel and Will were the best. I came in to buy however after evaluating my situation. My salesman suggested a lease. Unlimited possibilities opened up and I was able to get exactly what I wanted the fully loaded x3 at a price I could handle. The place is clean everywhere even the service department. There is plenty on space in the service area for guest as well as refreshment. A place fit for a queen or king. Great Job!! Let me not forget the owner Mike, who took the time out of his schedule to speak with me. Thanks everyone

My Best Sales Experience Yet! Chris and Bruce were wonderful!

My wife and I are car enthusiasts and have purchased 16 vehicles in the last 10 years. I started to get bored, once again, with my previous vehicle and started looking at BMW's. My wife and I found a CPO '09 328i with the majority of the options we wanted, so we requested an internet price quote. Chris O. promptly e-mailed back with his best price (was a fair price). I then informed him of my trade for which he provided a rough value for (given he hadn't seen [but I provided him with all the details he needed]). We then came in talked with Chris but was referred to Bruce G. Bruce worked to get us the best for our trade all without even pushing to get a payoff quote (if you've been looking, other places push for this - they shouldn't! They should give you a fair price for your trade up front before you give them any additional financials!). We started asking questions about the car and found that the previous owner had paid for the extended maintenance plan (additional 100k miles or 2 years) which made the price that was quoted all the better! Total "deal" time was less than an hour. Bruce handled everything that needed to be handled and said he'd call if there were any issues (there wasn't). Bruce showed us around the dealership (service, parts, etc), showed us the car we were purchasing in more detail (after it was washed and cleaned), and went over some CPO/Maintenance Plan details. Juan in Finance was very nice and reviewed all the documentation to ensure all the numbers were accurate from what Bruce provided. My only gripe is that the paperwork wasn't ready and I was a half-hour late for a previous commitment (but that's my fault). Otherwise, everything was timely, as stated, and better than expected. If you are looking to purchase a BMW in the Chicagoland area (or elsewhere in the country!) I highly recommend working with Chris for online sales and Bruce for your initial and/or sales contact! After all the vehicles my wife and I have purchased over the past few years, this has been the best experience yet, hands down!

Great Sales Staff and Great Prices . . .

This is the 3rd car my family has purchased from Bruce G. at Schererville BMW. I am very happy with all the care and service that they have brought. They are always great with their prices (I am from Indianapolis and searched several dealers around Indiana and Ohio and BME of Schererville has consistently had the best price).

Purchase experience of my 2011 BMW 328xi

Purchasing a vehicle from the Schererville location was a great decision on my part. From walking into the dealership to leaving with the keys to my new car I have never been as satisfied with the experience I'd received specifically from the salesperson. Bruce was excellent! He was cordial, honest, knowledgable, and well experienced as a car salesman who made an intimidating experience pleasurable. Bruce was at ease and demonstrated sheer confidence by answering any and all questions that I posed and was attentitive to my many needs and concerns; and as a female consumer making such an expensive purchase such service is something I personally appreciate. The dealership appearance was clean, comfortable, and accommadating. But still I cannot say enough of the experience and I must reinterate that Bruce was very knowledgable. During my car shopping experience I have had unpleasant encounters with salespersons who knew very little about the car they were trying to sale me. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend Schererville BMW to family, friends, and of course return as a customer myself for future purchases of BMW vehicles.

We drove to this dealership from Chicago because their on-line selection looked superior to anything else out there. In our case, we were looking for a pre-owned BMW in excellent shape with low miles. We were not disappointed. They had a solid selection. And the customer service was outstanding! Our pre-visit telephone communications were great in terms of information and follow-through. When we arrived our Client Advisor, Tommy Coffaro, showed us not only the cars on-line we were interested in, but others that were competitively priced within the parameters we wanted. After our first visit we did our homework and went back to purchase a car that was perfect for us. Throughout this process our Client Advisor and every other employee we dealt with were exceptional. It is clear to us that their mission is to provide outstanding customer service, and a wide selection of vehicles at competitive prices. What more could anyone want? To top it off, the dealership owner, Mike Gillespie, was present and available for any questions we had. He promised excellent customer service as we move forward with servicing our car, and in future purchasing another down the road. We will return!
