I had to have 2 solenoids replaced in my 2017 Equinox. The car only has 41000 miles on it. The parts were marked up a little which I understand so I don't have a problem with that at all. My problem exist due to the labor charges of $453. I've talked to a couple other mechanics and they agree with me that seemed way over priced. According to them and a U-tube video I watched it shouldn't have taken much over an hour. Therefore I'm unhappy with the labor charge. I guess I should have ask for a estimate at the time I made the appointment.

I had a 2:00pm appointment today for an oil change which took 1.5 hours. At 3:30 I went and asked the person at the service desk what was the problem. He said it just got done at no point during this time did service manager or anyone give me a reason for the long wait time. This was my first service experience at your dealership and I see no reason to return Aaron Winn

Kim Owens is one of the nicest service writers I have dealt wit. She gets me a ride home and sends someone to get me when my car is complete. Thanks for you help. She is so helpful and knows what is going on.

Hubbard Goes the Extra Mile!

There is something to be said for living in a smaller town and buying locally. Over the past 7 months I have been dealing with some issues with my new car. Hubbard GM Center worked tirelessly to make sure the issue was finally resolved and I was taken care of. I especially appreciate my salesperson, Jonathon Timm, who constantly kept me informed about the progress of my car issues and answered all of my numerous questions and concerns. When I purchase my next vehicle it will definitely be from Hubbard GM Center in Monticello.

Cives Company Truck

I would like to start off by praising Doug Jennings and Ron Byrd for their efforts and progress for finding a vehicle that match the requirements outlined by the Cives Corporation for a field truck. Their constant communication and updates were instrumental in making the decision to use Hubbard GMC as the dealer of choice. I went to several Chevy and GMC dealerships in a 60 mile radius of my office and Doug was the only salesman who put in the extra effort needed to secure the truck to fit my needs. While Doug was on vacation, Ron Byrd step in and gave me updates and gave me options as they arose to aid in making the decision.
