Great service

I'm so happy we decided to lease two new cars from Sauers in 2016. We have had nothing but great service everytime we have been there. I throughly recommend these guys and I will be going back.

I was satisfied with the service I received but would like to recommend that the service reps, even though they know it will not be honored, make an effort to pursue any cost savings for the customers. It may not work but makes the customer feel as if the Dealership cares and is willing to go the extra step to help them out!

2008 Acadia

I was very satisfied with the service. Mike was very pleasant and made sure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being serviced. He explained the problem and told me about how long it would take to fix. He even explained what to expect after the repair since the computer had to reset itself. Thanks to all who worked on my vehicle. I would not hesitate to bring it back for service.

Even though we did not purchase our car from Sauers, they took their time in identifing the problem. They went out of their way for us and took me to work and offered to pick me up from work. Everyone in the service department gave us wonderful service. Next time we need a vehicle, I know where we will go.

Great Buying Experience

Sauers Buick GMC is worth the drive from anywhere for a truly satisfying car buying experience. Their outstanding vehicle inventory initially drew me to LaPorte, but once there, I found their low-key approach to selling cars refreshing. They are very much interested in making the customer feel welcome and take great care in answering any questions. I found their appraisal of my trade-in to be very fair, a dealership that knows the difference between a nice car and one that is just average. All sales, finance and management personnel are professional, yet friendly. FORGET the big city "hype" and PURCHASE your next car at SAUERS in Laporte!
