I got a fair deal with no haggling at all. Price offered was several hundred over invoice which I thought was fair, so I accepted it. There were no hidden costs. Car was a manual Passat TDI that had to be brought from out of state. Tiffany was excellent in getting a dealer-to-dealer exchange around the new year holiday and around winter storm in just 3 days. Met Mr. Falcone personally, who was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dealership. I have not yet had service there, but had no complaints about sales. They are smaller than Tom Wood, but had no difficulty in getting manual TDI which was not carried by either Tom Wood or Dreyer Reinbold.
