Do NOT get Lisa as your service advisor- horrible customer service

It’s unfortunate to say that I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere which is a shame because I’ve always gotten my car serviced here at Webb Hyundai in Highland. Twice now I have encountered the same rude and disrespectful employee in the service department named Lisa. Extremely rude and dismissive. Refuses to answer any questions that I have as if I’m a nuisance to her existence. I already reported her to Katie the service manager and Laurie the Sales Manager. The first encounter was when I was dropping my car off to get serviced. The second time was tonight- 3/1/23. My car has been sitting in their lot for going around 4 weeks now while I wait on my insurance adjuster to come out and inspect the car. Since I couldn’t reach the adjuster, I decided to call the service department to get an update seeing if the adjuster has contacted them. Lisa answered the phone and flat out refused to answer any of my questions and said that since she’s not “assigned” to my car, she can’t help me. All I was asking her was if she knows if the insurance adjuster came out to look at the car because I couldn’t get ahold of him. She refused to even pull up the notes on my car on her computer to just check for me. It’s very simple to just look on the computer and give me an answer, but no she refused to do this and kept repeatedly telling me- “I’m not assigned to your car, I can’t answer any questions.” Horrible customer service. I’ve honestly had enough of her. I ended up driving out there 30 minutes away from my home to pay my diagnostic fee and pick up my car to take it somewhere else. When I got there and said I just want to pay my bill and take my car home, she refused to give me my car. Once again she said- “I can’t help you, you’ll have to wait until your service advisor comes in tomorrow morning.” I told her again that I want my car, I’ll pay the fee and take it elsewhere. She then said she had no idea where the keys and paperwork were and that she could not help me and once again—->I would have to wait until tomorrow until my “assigned” service advisor comes in. This woman refused to go find the keys and paperwork to my car (they were not with the cashier Gabby, and could not find them. Gabby asked her where they were and she told Gabby as well--->"She'll have to wait until Cindy ("assigned" service provider) comes in. After a few choice words from me to Lisa, Laurie the Sales Manager heard what was going on and came from her desk to help me. I’ve absolutely had it with this location specifically because of this ONE employee. Its a shame because my car probably will be written off by the insurance company and I’ll need a new car. I love Hyundai and would of bought a brand new car from them, thus staying a loyal customer and keeping my business with them, but no. Katie if you’re reading this, you really need to do something about this employee. Having her on board in that department just shows where your leadership and professionalism lies. Two young porters even pulled me aside and told me that I’m not the only person who has complained about Lisa. Get something done instead of having multiple chats with her. All calls are recorded so I implore you to listen to the phone conversation I had with her early today, and you tell me if that’s proper customer service. The date is ~ Wednesday 3/1/23 @ 5:40PM.

Three Car Webb Hyundai Family

I have dealt with some pushy salesmen in the past and this was never my experience at Webb. This is the third vehicle in 7 months in my family that was bought at Webb. This dealership really tries hard to please their customers.

Great Experience

Chris, my salesman, was super friendly. He laughed at my jokes, cracked a few of his own, and was super personable. Even though I was there a long time since I'm from Ohio and was buying a car in Indiana, Chris and the others worked SUPER hard to make everything as seamless as possible and get me through paperwork with ease. The facility was super clean and presentable and all the staff was incredibly friendly.

Welcoming and Informative without being Pushy

All of the employees made us feel welcomed and at ease. Jeremy Walton, who sold us the car, was very informative and went above and beyond to help us. He explained every step of the process in simple terms, which we really appreciated as first time car buyers. Jeremy made sure that we bought a car that we truly loved that was within our budget. We never once felt pressured to make a rushed decision. We left the dealership in love with our new 2017 Hyundai Tucson!

A great car buying experience at Webb Hyundai - Highland

We appreciated being able to use the online calculator to determine our purchase amount, interest rate and monthly payment to save time at the dealership. Our salesperson, Tony Myrthil, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable with the whole process and we are grateful for all of his assistance. Great customer service

Jeremy and Anthony were very great, very helpful and very friendly. I had visited hyundai back in March and do to how I was treated made the visit very uncomfortable and made me hesitant to go back. When I got a call from Jeremy his voice sounded more inviting. I had called him back, a greet to set and appointment which was helped by Anthony. Both were very friendly and made this new process easy.
