we were "a waste of time..."
Written by 04/06/2010
onI would not go back to circle if I had to. Although they do offer a warranty on their cars they have high uncompetitive prices and waste your time doing "fake" bargaining with their higher ups. Then blame the "time wasting" on you, their customer, when you end up turning down their high prices and unmoving offers. No info was really given to us. We had questions they didn't have answers, just a "were working on that, but tell me if you're taking the car attitude." The place looks like it should want to make some sales, they are empty of cars and customers. The salesman we delt with was unprofessional and in the end very disrespectful. Customer service is nonexistent at circle. Had I not introduced myself I don't know if he would have known my name until we did some kind of paperwork. After visiting many dealers this was by far one of our worst experiences. We did not buy the car that we went to see needless to say. Customer appreciation/service is not of importance here and that Is too bad. Bad treatment of customers whether they buy the car or not is just poor business professionalism. NO clientele, no money, no business. Bye bye dealer. Don't worry, this unsatisfied "customer" won't be back to "waste your time" again, circle Buick pontiac. Or better said, I won't waste my time at your place of "business" EVER again..

I had the same experience at Circle.
We were in a little later in the day, about an hour before closing time.
The salesmand must've told us at least 10 times that he needed us to help him "meet his quota" to sell a "GMC vehicle"!
He was rude and unprofessional when we told him we weren't interested in the cars he was trying to sell us. He literally turned his back on us and walked away.
We were confused as to whether we should still follow him in, then remembered he still had our keys inside.
He made us feel just how you said, like we just wasted his time.
We actually still felt a little bad for not "helping him meet his quota" and even told him we'd be back the next day to look at other cars, he just gave us back our keys and walked away, extremely disrespectful.
I agree that treating potential customers bad because they did not buy a car from you is poor business, we really would've been back if
he hadn't been so disrespectful.
I truly believe that the service you receive at a dealer is just as important as the car you purchase, should be good.
