The Service Advisor, John Rittenhouse, is fantastic. He is very thorough and explains things very well. I believe I can trust his recommendations. All staff are very nice and courteous. The dealership is always clean and spotless. A very nice waiting area.

Great seamless service experience. I literally texted John Rittenhouse and he took care of everything from ordering parts and scheduling the work as well as picking up my vehicle and doing the work while I was at work...! It does not get any easier than that.

Thermostat and Rear strut done well

The thermostat problem was unknown to me but I the scantool result. The oil change and battery were done correctly. The tech videoed me about a rear strut problem which a drivability issue I was experiencing. I trust them
