Poor Dealership

The most unproffesional experience I ever had at a car dealer. I stood at the dealership the whole time I was there, while the sales guy ran all over the place. the new car manager walked right buy me and never spoke to me. We could not agree on price which is part of the process, but instead of just telling me that, they tried to put me in a different car. I work hard for my money and I decide which car I buy. Only when I pressed them, did they admit they did not accecpt my offer on the car I wanted, but tried to get me to buy the other one. I was Crystal clear on which car I wanted so it was nothing but dirty tactics. I will never set foot in their dealership again, even though I really wanted the car and would have probably paid more. The funny thing is that at the beginning of our communication I told the sales guy Andy " I will be totally up front with you, I expect the same from you. It was the tactics that soured me in the end, not even the price. I could tell that this is how they do business all the time.

I was very happy with the sales process looking for a new work truck. The salesman was respectful and promptly faxed me his search on the truck I was looking for.
