Where's the service??

on '05 LaCrosse was in to repair a water leak around the OnStar antenna. Although there was a service
bulletin out on this, it required almost three weeks and three visits to resolve. They had to order the
part; a replacement gasket.
Next visit: CXL emblem fell off. 10 days to get it replaced. They had to order the part.
Last visit: Door handle fell off. That's right-it fell off. Two weeks to get a replacement. They had to
order the part. I found out it had arrived after I called them.
The first two were warranty. The door handle was no longer in warranty, although I'd have thought
they might step up and offer to eat the charges, considering pieces falling off isn't typically what one would expect at 40K miles.
