Slow to respond, not very interested in selling cars apparently

Trying to get a quote for a factory order is like pulling teeth. Took 4 days to respond and get me a quote after I constantly reminded my sales person every day. Meanwhile every other dealer in the area provided a quote the same day. Needless to say, I went with another dealer. They don't seem too interested in selling cars here, at least not factory orders. I even wrote to the sales manager personally to please get a factory build quote and never received a response from him. I finally got a quote from the salesman after 4 days (told me he was in training all day, every day) after I wrote to the manager, but should I really have to do that? These days it's all about service. If you don't have that, you're in trouble.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Expressway Dodge. I remembered all of the answers that they gave me when I asked them a question and each one was a lie. They tell you that they can't budge on the price that they give you but if you go to any other dealer they will tell you otherwise on the same exact vehicle.
