My wife and 3 children have had 4 Accords, 2 Civics and a CR-V serviced here over the last 16 years. The Service and Parts staff are truly nice, caring, honest people. Our service has been really outstanding. Tom, David, Chuck, Matt and the other mechanics do a great job explaining the work that they are doing and cost of that work. My wife has a vehicle that we have serviced by another dealer. She finds that they do not treat her with the same respect because as a man. She really appreciates that the staff here treat her with the same respect they show to everyone regardless of gender. I had not noticed it until she mentioned it to me, but as I have waited for my car to be serviced I have watched and listened to the interactions with other patrons and she is right. The staff really does a great job and should be very proud of the service that they provide. My wife has said on several occasions that she wouldn't by another vehicle from the other dealer. Not because there was anything wrong with the quality of the service, but because the Service staff just don't deal with her as well as the staff here. Keep up the great work. See you in another 3 months for my next service.
