Don't trust them

My 2010 Jetta TDI had work done and had to go to another dealer to fix the mess they caused.
They didn't even list most of the parts they put on my car in the service order!.
shields were not put back in place or missing bolts.
They refused to take the car back to make it right.
They don't call back when you ask them to, they don't keep you informed as to the status of the car.
The dealer that got the car after Royal said wiring was wrong shorting out ECU signals, wiring brackets were missing and guards under the car had missing bolts and loose bolts.
What a sorry shop.
