Anthony is one of the nicest guys I have ever met, and he is completely honest. He won't let you get in over your head or go for something out of your reach. We are treated like family every time we go into this dealership. My boys even know Tony by name. Always a great experience!

We went to Federico last Saturday and was very quickly welcomed by Larry Burch. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he accomadated that and showed us just the vehicles that met our requirements. Other dealerships consistently tried showing us other option which were of course way more expensive. Larry worked with us and got us an amazing price and we knew we couldn't walk away from such an amazing deal. We even contacted a salesman we know through a mutual friend and ran the info of the vehicle and the numbers by him and he said he couldn't get us a better deal. Best Car Buying Experience Ever

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Nothing even compares. Our salesman Larry Burch really took the time to honestly answer our questions, put me at ease and made us feel at home. I have always been a GMC owner, but I am in love with my new Jeep Cherokee and plan to stay a loyal customer to Federico.

I've purchased many new and used cars across the country and I can say with 100% certainty that Bob Federico and his staff are hands down the best that I've dealt with. I would recommend anyone visit them even if you're not looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram. If you want it, they can find it for you and you can be sure that they will care for it just as it was their own. Their attention to detail is unlike any other that I've seen and there is no pressure or typical antics that are all too common in this industry. These are just good folks providing a great service.

Tony Hume, the salesman at Federico, performed an excellent job. He was very knowledgable, but was not aggresive to make the sale. After I looked at the Mini Van, I looked at four other places and had a much different experience. Out of all five places, Federico had the best price and best customer service.

Very disappointed. Just bought a new truck & can't get the salesman to call us back with the pricing for running boards, bed liner, etc. Have called 5 times & spoke with general manager and still no pricing info or call back. Would not recommend this dealer.

Ed Delmore was incredibly patient and helpful sales consultant. The transaction was fairly stress-free and straight-forward. I'd definitely recommend Federico Chrysler as a dealership to visit and would also highly recommend asking for Ed when you're there.

I had a really pleasant experience buying a new car at Federico. Larry Burch, Kerry Thompson and the whole Federico team were so nice and helpful. I can't say enough good things about Larry Burch. Being a single 50 year old female, I find it somewhat intimidating to car shop or have service done on my car. Larry was very helpful, fair and honest. I usually leave places feeling like I have been taken advantage of, but not at Federico. Family and friends can't believe what a great deal I got and how helpful everyone was. Any questions or problems I've had, have been resolved immediately. I highly recommend going to Federico and working with Larry. I wish I would have gone there first. I have never driven anything in my life but a Chevy and so far my new Dodge Caliber Uptown is a great ride. You gotta go to Federico!!

I'm not sure where the other posters actually went to buy their car but it doesn't sound like the same place I went. I got a good deal on my Avenger and had to take it in for a minor issue. They gave me a loaner car that actually had gas in it. My sales person calls me once a month to see how things are going and I get coupons in the mail from them. I'd buy my next car there.

Lying is not acceptable

My wife and went here to look at a car. We asked for a carfax so the salesman went to his managers office and came back with a single piece of paper called an "autocheck". The salesman said it checked all the same things as a carfax. We decided to think about the deal they offered us and they let us take the car home. That evening I paid for a carfax online and it turned out the car had been in a serious accident with substantial damage. These people are what gives car dealerships a bad name.
