From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff from the start- Chris and Keenan introduced themselves and made a point to get to know me as a customer and understand my needs/wants. They were both very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I knew after a few minutes in speaking with them, that I would be purchasing a car from Fox Valley. I knew I could trust who I was investing my time and money with. David, who helped with the financing and final steps was also very enthusiastic, friendly and efficient. This process can be overwhelming, but they made it as smooth and pleasant as possible. Thank you!

Great car-buying experience

The salesman who assisted me, Fernando, was so wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward and was able to answer all of the questions I had. After the purchase was complete, he took the time to sit in my new car with me for 10 minutes to show me how all of the systems worked. He made the car buying experience very enjoyable and easy. I will be a VW owner for life and I intend to refer friends to VW as well!!

Fernando (2019) and John (2018) have been the best car salesmen I have ever worked with, they both were patient, listened, and got me the car that I wanted. Pleasant experience overall and can’t be happier with the quality va value of the Volkswagen SUVs. For Fernando specifically, he is an excellent salesman, personable and honest. He gained my trust and it wasn’t about buying a car from VW, it was buying a car from him.

Fernando was extremely friendly and easy to work with. During this process we visited several dealerships and the process was exhausting but Fernando was honest with us the whole time and worked to get us a good deal that made sense for both parties. I am extremely impressed with both Fernando and Fox Valley Volkswagen. I will be coming back for service and future cars.

First Sandy was most friendly and offered great Follow-up if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have made the appointment at dealership. Carlos Great Salesman was not pushy , informative outstanding service !! Dave the Money guy very professional .. Had me in and out with the car in less then an hour un like other dealerships with no regard for your time

The person we worked with, Fabian, was great. I had no intentions of ever buying a Volkswagen, but I ended up doing so. We probably would not have working with someone else. The process was pretty simple and I felt like we were able to look at/test out whatever we asked. He was knowledgeable and could answer any questions.
