I cannot speak highly enough of a recent experience with Classic Toyota. We purchased a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee in May of 2023. After 8 months and thousands of dollars of repairs covering the time of ownership, it was time to cut our losses. After being towed TWICE in one day, we went to Classic Toyota and worked with Jacek Cwik to get us into a new RAV4. Jacek was absolutely exceptional to work with. Patient, gracious, incredibly kind, and highly knowledgeable regarding Toyota vehicles. I highly recommend him as a Toyota salesman. Particularly as he's helpful, honest, and generous with his time and knowledge in getting you the BEST vehicle for your needs. Many, MANY thanks for an amazing experience!

We were looking for a certified pre owned corolla hatchback and found one at Classic Toyota. I emailed the dealership and was promptly responded to by Kashif. He was very helpful working with me over email setting providing me with all of the information that I needed to make a purchase. When I arrived at the dealership the car was waiting for me and I was able to take it for a test drive and purchase the car for the communicated price. Everything was simple and easy. John in finance also went above and beyond to further enhance our experience at Classic Toyota. I would gladly get another car from them.

Had my break pads inspection last year. Oct 2022 Front breaks were 6mm Rear breaks 4mm They recommended to replace my rear breaks Today July 2023 Had my rear break pads replacement done. And the report says Front breaks 8mm Rear breaks 12mm. My front break pads grew after 8 months? Called them and told me maybe the last year inspection was wrong. That being said. I dont need to replace my rear pads. I just wasted money

Car shopping/buying is one of my most dreaded tasks, but Kashif made it easy. I had emailed in advance with info on what I was interested and when I could come in. Kashif took it on himself to email me the morning of my visit to reassure me that the car I wanted to look at was still available, which I appreciated, as I was driving some distance. Once at the dealership, he made sure to answer my questions and helped make sure everything went smoothly once I decided to buy. On a rainy day, he pulled the car under the canopy so I could check (without getting drenched) that all the windows, sunroof and everything else was working. And he set up my Bluetooth so when I was ready to drive off the lot, everything was all set. This was definitely a positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time I'm in the market.

I just want people to know how good it feels to be able to go to a place where you are treated with kindness and care. Kashif has always been kind and professional. He is knowledgeable about the cars and always assist in finding the right fit. I have had his assistance with at least 7 vehicles over the years. I am always happy to see him and the staff here all the way down to the financing guy, great people to work with and they really make you feel like family.

Kashif at Classic Toyota was a terrific salesperson who helped during the entire buying process! He advised me of the progress of our Sienna for the entire month we waited for it. Upon meeting him at the dealership he was very kind to me and my wife and kids! It was an A+ experience the entire time. We were connected with Kashif Mirza as our salesman. What an awesome experience. I originally asked what was available on the lot. There was nothing that had what we wanted for options. He then sent me a list of what was inbound and available. Long story short, once we picked the car Kashif was in contact with us as soon as assembly and shipping status changed. We received the car weeks earlier than expected.

Upfront and Respectful

As a young woman, the car buying process can be tiring and agonizing. But, it was not at Classic Toyota. My salesperson was Peter Sy. He was very honest about pricing, warranties, and the vehicle itself. I was not pressured at all and I find that very important. He did a great job. Also, they don't charge above MSRP or include any bogus fees.

Incompetent and Rude

Brought our car in for an oil change and they botched the job which lead to this oil spill all over our driveway upon return home. They sent a crew to clean it up but the driveway is still stained from the spill. Just called to Bill King to get this resolved only to be hung up on. This is no way to do business. Shame on you Classic Toyota!
