Napleton's Mazda of Urbana

I was torn between a few different SUVs, but my salesperson Ed Maker did an amazing job telling me the advantages between all of them. When I started getting into the weeds about AWD durability he said "don't let me lie to you, I don't know. But I do know someone that does." And he took me right down to talk with the Mazda service supervisor John! I was not expecting that at all, and it really set my mind at ease. I can't recommend Ed enough, his part went swimmingly. I feel like the paperwork side in the office took a little on the long side though, but I could be wrong.
