I have just purchased my very first brand new vehicle with under 50 miles on it! I made my purchase thru Landmark Chevy in Taylorville and I have to say that I was very very impressed with the entire aspect of this new car purchase! From helping me find something that I could really afford to the test drive and then the choosing of my new car was flawless. I was honored to have a "newbie" as a salesman but he was excellent in communicating with me and he may not have had all of the answers but he knew where to go to get them for me very quickly. The finance women was extremely knowlegable and very helpful in explaining all of my options and the best way to go with the entire scary finance experience. Never before did I fully understand all of my options/coverages when buying a car, let a lone a brand new one! I was taken and introduced to the service department (something that is basically unheard of anymore) so that they know who I am when I come in for service and that really made me feel special. I was given a booklet of coupons to use for service, maintenance items as well as referral coupons to share with friends and family which I plan on using! I should also mention that I did trade in my car and that is usually a negative experience but not with Landmark; they gave me a strong/fair price for my vehicle that I was very happy with. If you are looking for a new car or even a pre owned car, I would highly recommend Landmark Chevy in Taylorville as THE place to go. They have a large selection of vehicles on both ends, the sales staff (especially "Zach" :-) ) are amazing, very attentive and they do make you feel special and important which is hard to find these days and the management and finance department is also fabulous! I hope that I have done Landmark Chevy in Taylorville justice in my review because I am a very satisfied, extremely happy customer!
