Schaumburg Honda

I did not make it through to purchase a car from this place. However, I was in communication with one of the salesman who texted me and email me. All of which is fine because I am mobile and get things done quicker that way. However, when it turned out that I did not purchase a car from him, his tone of voice totally changed. He went to being friendly to being rude. So much, I had to send this email reply to him to ask him to cut it out. So beware if you are shopping here. For his sake, I will not mention names because so far, I do not know more about him other than email communication. But I can tell you I was already disappointed so if you are considering this place, proceed with caution! My email to him below: I'm sorry but from your tone of voice and from your email communication is plainly NOT professional. I don't need to explain to you why we couldn't make it in or purchased the car from your dealership. I was very interested and had honestly considered coming in, but in the end I could not make it. However, since then you did 2 things that were very unprofessional and I need to tell you: 1) You made me feel like I did not tell you the interior color on purpose to mess up your sale. I did not! I simply had forgot. Just REMEMBER, a customer who is researching for a car has A LOT to think about. So if details are left out, do not come off as if they are trying to lose the sale. You WILL lose the business. Also, you could have also inquired and helped guide me to get the information that you need to help this process along. You have been doing this a lot longer than I have, haven't you? 2) Your replies to my emails AFTER the fact is very rude telling me "thanks a lot" and "so you're telling after all that I've done for you, you aren't coming in"? Honestly, after boasting to me that your Schaumburg dealership has the best ratings and that you would be pleasant to work with, your communication since have made me very much doubted so. In fact, on Edmunds.com, your dealership has one of the worse ratings I've ever seen and I was still considering your place thinking you are different. This email is going to be my last reply because I just wanted to let you know this this one-on-one and to advise you that you need to adjust how you communicate to potential future customers. The next time I reply, this email will be copied to corporate Honda. So please, unsubscribe me and let go of the snippy remarks.
