After having owned my 2002 Impala for 14 years, I decided it was time for a new car. I wanted to lease a new car and went to Wickstrom to test drive various models. I was treated with friendliness, courtesy and patience in my quest to find just the right car for me. The staff there made my visit an extremely pleasant experience...I am so pleased to have chosen Wickstrom.

JT was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and very attentive to what I wanted. After my initial contact with JT I was then working with Danielle for the majority of the process. Danielle was very attentive to what I was asking for and very helpful in helping me understand what I should be looking for and understanding what I can actually afford. I also appreciated that they allowed me my space to also think through my options and were not trying to push me into a decision. I was offered similarly equipped truck at another dealer for a lower price. I brought this to Danielle and JT's attention and they were able to match that price, and ultimately I decided to go with them as I felt they were more supportive of of my decisions and much more enjoyable to work with.

2015 Chevrolet Impala LTZ

In June 2014 my only key broke on my 2008 Chevrolet Malibu LT and I needed a replacement ASAP. With Wickstrom Chevrolet being the nearest Chevy dealership from our residence I visited Wickstrom's service department and right away received no nonsense assistance. (I had visited Zeigler Chevrolet earlier in the week and received the run around from them) The gentleman in Wickstrom's service department assisted me all throughout my saga of acquiring another key. Because of his outstanding service I knew my next Chevy purchase was going to be with Wickstrom Chevrolet. I went through the GM military discount website and selected Wickstrom Chevrolet as my primary dealer. From there I received a call the following day from I believe a gentleman named JT and setup an appointment to come in and take a look at their current offers. When I arrived JT introduced me to Patrick Mola who was my product specialist. I informed him that I was interested in a 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ and what my reasons for that were. Mr. Mola and JT were excellent and very professional the whole way through and made my purchasing experience quick and painless. I would definitely recommend Wickstrom Chevrolet to my family friends and coworkers. Overall I was satisfied with my experience from the walk in to the test drive and finally making the deal on my new Impala. If the time comes for me to make another purchase I will exclusively choose Wickstrom.

Great Customer Service

Felt very comfortable, not rushed or pressured. Had a great salesman, sales manager, and finance manager. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and there was no haggling, or back and forth to get the best price. I am not sure if I should name names, but, our salesman Latif, and the sales manager Mike treated us fairly and as friends. The whole team showed excellent customer service.

Got My Truck

Drew was especially helpful and professional in leading me to get the truck I wanted. There were no surprises, the truck came in exactly as was ordered, and the deal we stuck was the deal I ended up with.

Drew, the salesman, was relaxed and not pushy, felt very comfortable with him. Also knew the car, answered every question right away. The finance process also went very well, again, no pushing to get me to buy something. Also, very nice lounge in the showroom.

Brand New Car with Quality Control Issues

"Check-out" finance phase took much to long especially considering a deal was struck before I arrived at the dealership. Everyone was courteous and professional. Leaving with a brand new vehicle with 10 miles on the odometer, I encountered issues with the heat/ac blower motor, OnStar and Navigation features. Dropped off car at service department the next day and they had to replace blower motor, but could not do anything with OnStar or Nav because it was Saturday. Dropped off again on Monday and waiting for parts to arrive. It would be fair to assume that the dealership did not checkout these important features of a new car when it first arrived at the dealership and before they offered it for sale. I did receive a loner car to drive until mine is repaired, but hopefully no more trips to the service department will be necessary except for regular maintenance.

My wife and I just came in to take a quick look. A friend of ours recommended Mark. He asked us what we were interested in, and we gave him a general idea. Let me say that this man is a complete pleasure to deal with. I had no intention of buying that fast. But after being helped by Mark, I really felt very comfortable working with him. I've bought many vehicles in my life, and never remember such extraordinary help. I never felt pressured. And truly felt he was concerned with helping us, in every aspect of the process. Purchased a 2012 Chevy Traverse from Mike at the beginning of the year. Perfect car, perfect price, great service. I was in and out in no time. Got a fantastic deal and was treated with respect. The steps for my new car purchase made sense, and included my needs. My decision to purchase this Chevrolet & the last one would have been a no if my concern for the body showing significant rust or wear in the future hadn't intelligently and clearly been explained and convinced me otherwise. In addition I would rate Wickstrom's service center as excellent for routine maintenance. I have not had need for major repair on my 1998 Lumina, as it still is as reliable as ever and looks very good, but son needs the car.
