Called about a truck on internet. Getting detailed. Waiting for pictures from salesperson. Hours later they called to say they sold it to someone who came in. Poor business policy. No integrity. Why list on internet if those customers don't matter. Would not recommend this dealership. Would give zero stars.

This is second new vehicle I bought from JP in two years. I received personalized communications regarding my new vehicle order. Vehicle delivery was perfect. Dustin S. and Dave M. made the closing perfect. I highly recommend the dealership. zoz

Require deposit on sight unseen car

Made arrangements to look at and possibly buy a car. Had issues with not getting straight answers to some questions, but possibly got that straightened out the night before on a phone call. Later that evening they decided to say they needed a deposit on a sight unseen vehicle. Sent them a response to tell them they lost a sale. Remember that there are no regulation regarding deposits. Change your mind, or they change the terms, you are out your money.

We were recommended to go to see Ross Taylor and I am so glad that we did! He listened to everything that I had to tell him about what I wanted in my next car. He showed me a few cars on the computer and then brought a couple of them up for me to test drive. Just when I thought there was no hope, he brought up one more and it was exactly what I wanted!!! He made us feel very welcome and stayed with us the entire time (we were there from 8am - 2pm). You have an exceptional salesman in Ross!!!!

Jeff Perry and staff make it so easy to get my New Truck serviced. Lydia Kriewald my sale professional came and picked up my truck and it was serviced and returned to my house the same day!
