onI just wanted to say thank you for such a memorable visit to your service department. My wife had scheduled a routine oil change on one of our vehicles that we have recently purchased from you. She said when she arrived there was nothing but professionalism and generosity. After our vehicle was completed, she went to pay to the clerk, and the clerk sternly but with a smile demanded that one of the service technicians to bring our vehicle inside. Since my wife was there with my 11 month old son, I cannot thank you enough. This is how all service departments should be ran.
