Bill Walsh GMC is great

I don't think I ever had a better experience going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle. I've had some bad experiences with dealerships in the past. I really appreciate it the fact that I wasn't pressured to do anything I didn't want to do or purchase something I didn't want. They took really good care of me and my wife and I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Truck Repair

My truck went into the service bay for the A/c not working well this service team is excellent. Not only did they find not my A/c was not working but they also found other issues as well on top of a safety hazard. It was all covered under Warranty but thank god they looked at other things while they were at it. I have heard nothing but bad things about Bill Walsh's Service Team but in my eyes it's the complete opposite. They did an outstanding job and thank you to all of them for keeping me and my family safe on the road.

Poor customer service

I contacted the dealership a week ago about a used car that was in stock. I made an appointment on a Monday to come see it on a Tuesday. I called the dealership on Tuesday before traveling 3 hours to confirm that the car was not sold and was on the lot. The person I spoke with said it was on the lot and my appointment was on the calendar. About 90 minutes into my drive, I receive a call from a salesperson telling me that the car was sold the day before (Monday). Apparently they didn't update their records properly is what I'm told. Mind you, I was told earlier in the day that the car was on hold for me and was ready for me to view it at my scheduled appointment. How this happens is beyond me as with today's technology, inventory updates are pretty simple to do. Considering they wasted my time, I advise you do not waste your time and take your hard earned money to someone else that gives quality customer service. Terrible dealership and terrible service.

Overpriced, arrogant, and questionable ethics. If I could rate this dealer with less than one star, I would. Stay away.
