Missing CD

Great work on my car I have my car back but I have a problem the CD and Radio were replaced I’m a old school DJ I had CD in the radio at this time I have not heard anything about my CD I’m just trying to get them back, l’m old and I have to wait until the dealer sends them to me !

Although there are likely less expensive options for routine maintenance such as oil changes or tire rotation I choose Lexus of Orland. I appreciate the attention to details which keeps my car running perfectly.

50,000 mile check up

Heard a humming noise and had it looked into during a standard maintenance check up. They found a shattered bearing and bent rim. The repair was expensive but the car rids like new again.

My normal repair shop told me I would pay $2400 for the repair, I decided to take my Lexus to a dealer. My repair costs me $250, 10% of what my normal repair stated. Guess what I have a new normal repair shop.

If you want the best

Yes, the service is probably cheaper elsewhere but I think you get what you pay for. Lexus of Orland services Lexus not every make & model. I believe that is important. The work is always completed correctly, on time or if not with notice as soon as possible. A loaner is provided if the service is greater than 2 hours. Nick, my service writer, is professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He explains all the services needed or recommended including costs and time required.

Poor customer service

I had cabin filter change when i get the car back there was a whirring sound from the blower as i was told because debris went in during filter change and because the filter was dirty, even show me a photo. But isn't that why i had the car there to get a clean filter? Manager joe? Said "oh there is something living in your filter" This is the service i got .

At time of arrival to check-in for service appointment for oil change, Vincent noticed that I still had 5000 miles left before oil change was due. (Evidently a mistake was made on window sticker). So had other minor items addressed but saved the expense for oil change. Thanks Vince!

2005 is still alive

1st time owning a Lexus (2005 rx330). Service was great, it may have been on the high end, but it was worth it. Vehicle is almost 20 years old. Dave was exceptionally good and honest. Ownership has everything right for the end owner.
