Holzhauer Ford

Worst experience ever. Today I found a truck that I was very interested in. It was a 2000 Ford F150 (Harley Davidson edition) at Holzhauer in Nashville Illinois. The truck was immaculate and only had 73,000 miles on it. I called and talked to a sales associate who understood I had about about a 2 hour drive and that he would make sure it was there for me when I arrived. An hour into our trip he called to tell me they sold the truck. He said he had put a "Sold" sticker on it but someone else was there first. When I talked to a sales manager, he acted as if my call to complain was a bother to him and seriously told me, "I dont know what to tell you..." he then went on to say that I should have made a deposit by credit card but that option was never given to me nor did I know that it could even be done... These people are just money hungry and dont care about customer satisfaction. Not once was an apology made or did they say, "Let me make you a deal on another vehicle." Im not on here to cry like a baby, just express how truly disappointed in Holzhauer and never again will they get any business from me.
