It started with a web search, we were looking for something with great gas mileage, the CLA250 is what we were interested in. Ed called me and asked me what my needs were, went over my concerns and recommended I come in to see the car. When we went in the next day, he had the car washed and in the showroom area for us to see. We went on the test drive and he explained all the features. We were sold! Ed was great to work with. He made us feel very comfortable and was never pushy, like so many other dealers. The financing process was simple, no games, Jim was informative and very easy to work with. Our vehicle orientation session with Gil was great. He went over every feature and answered all my questions.
