Best customer service I've ever had!

Prescott Brothers in Mendota, IL is the single best car buying experience of my life, and I'm 45 years old. Staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, fair, and above all honest. Pat Becker in sales really listened, and the finance man, Chad Massey, found us the best deal and even showed us how to get a refinance on our other car. We didn't have a great trade-in, and our credit wasn't very good, but they didn't make us feel crummy or try to push a bad car on us. No pressure at all. I will never buy a car anywhere else again as long as these guys are in business. They even have in-house servicing/maintenance at better rates than other places.

If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, do not overlook Prescott Brothers! I just purchased my 2nd new vehicle from Prescott Brothers in Mendota, IL last week. The first vehicle I purchased from Prescott Brothers was 22 years ago. I returned to them because I remembered the buying experience very well: absolutely no pressure to buy with an extremely knowledgeable sales team. They want to put you in the right vehicle. I worked with Pat Becker. The car that I was looking for was not in their inventory, but Pat acted quickly and found the car within a matter of a few hours. The day that I picked up my car, the process was awesome, less than an hour to complete all paperwork and be given a broad overview of the many features of my new car. Again, Prescott Brothers is a top notch business! You will not be disappointed!

I purchased a Jeep Patriot from Prescott Brothers approximately 1 year ago and have been very pleased with it. I currently live in Naperville, IL. and drove to Mendota based upon a recommendation from a friend who had a positive experience with them. They gave me a great trade in value and found everything I wanted. Pat B., which was my sales associate found the exact Jeep Patriot I wanted which ended up being at a different dealership. Since I live nearly an hour and a half from Mendota, he had me sign the appropriate papers, had someone from his store go pick up the Jeep and deliver it to my driveway in Naperville. I was very impressed. In the past month my wife wanted to get a Town and Country due to our growing family. I gave Pat a call and let him know all of my wifes requests. He had a exact match on the vehicle my wife wanted on site. We drove to Mendota the next day and picked it up. My wife stated that she had never felt so comfortable in a dealership as she did that day. We will continue to give our business to Prescott. It has been well worth the drive to get quality service.

Great dealership to do business with, they make you feel like your family while taking your money at the same time. The selection of vehicles is good and the sales staff know the produce line. They are very helpful and stand behind the offer they make.

The reason for doing this was to get a quote. None given and for that reason we chose to avoid this dealership, since we had someone a little more willing to help us.
