Elgin Hyundai

We went to Elgin Hyundai on Saturday 1/5 hesitantly because of the reviews received on sales. I just want to say I'm glad I didn't let the reviews stop me from going there. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. Maybe being educated about what you're buying, getting on-line quotes , being up front about what you want (for us it was a certain payment), and using this Edmund's site helps but I didn't see any customers not receiving good service. We were very happy with our salesperson, David and every other person involved with the purchase of my daughter's new car. We were adamant about a dollar amount that we needed the payments to be at and we were able to call it a deal at $16 a month more than planned but realized it was a very good deal. Kudos to the men that had to deal with my daughter, her mother and her Aunt who her were out to get the best deal possible and have fun while doing so :) We had planned to visit a few other dealers but had no need to as we were able to reach an agreement at the first dealer we went to- Elgin Hyundai
