My salesperson was Manny Valencia very efficient and honest person. We had the best experience at the Dealership. They make us feel so welcome. They did not push us to buy anything that I don't want it or need it. Salesperson, Finance department and Managment perfect team.

Excellent Sales and Service

Purchased a GMC Acadia from Biggers and they were super easy to work with. No pressure. Great trade-in value offered. No nonsense and got the car we wanted at an extremely fair price. No buyers remorse what-so-ever. Great place to buy a car. Their sales associate Edwin is top notch.

After shopping around at a few dealerships we ended up at Biggers and we definitely saved the best for last. With three kids you could say car shopping was less then enjoyable but Jim and everyone at Biggers made our experience wonderful. They worked into overtime to get us the best deal possible and got us into our brand new Traverse! From the Internet contact Jen to the finance manager everyone was open and honest and made sure our kids were taken care of too! Will definitely buy from Biggers again!

Acted like a chop shop

I bought a used Audi S4 from this dealership recently. They showed me a carfax assuring me that the car had been in no accidents, and when I questioned them about the tires, transmission, and clutch I was assured that everything had been checked out and was good to go. I trusted this, which was a mistake. When attempting to set up insurance for the car, the agent informed me that the car had been in an accident in June of 2009. This alarmed me, obviously, so I took the car to an Audi dealership and spent 200 bucks getting it fully inspected. They found that the clutch needed to be replaced, as did the tires (along with alignment). This is about $3,000 worth of work. I went back to them with all of these concerns, and while they told me on the phone that I would be taken care of and they wanted me to be 100% satisfied, I was not treated as if this was truly their intent. To make a longer story short, I was told that I bought the car "as is" and they would not even do me the favor of replacing my tires (after the Fred the used car manager claimed that the clutch in fact did NOT need replacing according to him. Even if it did, he said that it was not his problem). They acted like a chop shop and I will not ever recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT sign up for e-mail!

WARNING- Buy a car, or don't, but DO NOT sign up for any kind of e-mail subscription. I made the mistake of requesting more information about a used car that was listed on their website A YEAR AGO. I never received any information about the car, but I started getting daily e-mails about all of their specials and sales. No problem, right? I click the unsubscribe button, they say it may take a week, no big deal. A month later I am still getting e-mail, and the address keeps changing so I can't just put them in my spam blocker. I e-mail Biggers Chevrolet and tell them they need to delete my e-mail address, I am no longer in the market for a car and I want them to leave me alone. The internet sales person apologizes, I figure everything is fine. About once a month I am still getting e-mail, again from various e-mail addresses all advertising for Biggers Chevrolet. I e-mail them AGAIN. They apologize again, say I must have been taken off some lists but not all of them (except every time I get an e-mail, I follow the unsubscribe link. How many lists do they have?). Here it is a year later and my inbox is still clogged with Biggers Chevrolet. How flipping annoying.

Biggers Mazda Elgin/ Dont buy your car here

6/2/2010 One word for Biggers Mazda in Elgin. [violative content deleted] I bought my daughter a 2005 Mazda3 from this dealership last year. They put up a fake Carfax report for the vehicle when it was for sale. Once we bought it, the REAL Carfax report went up!! It showed the car had been involved in an accident. When we asked them about it they were very evasive and pretended not to know what happened. They lied to our faces. My daughter tried to get an emissions test on the same car today only to find that the OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) system was not intact!! The guy at emissions told her to take it back to the dealership and have them put it in and NOT to pay for it. She went to Biggers and they made all kinds of excuses as to why it couldn't be their fault. they blamed the emissions tester and told her they would replace it for $2500. These guys are [violative content deleted] and I will be exposing them to the BBB. Do your homework when buying a car and don't screw yourself by buying from Biggers Mazda in Elgin. They will rip you off just like they ripped me off. It's a real shame to do people this way.

They are haveing a sale huge discount off Kelly blue book. When I arived they showed me there version of Kelly blue book which was 2,000.00 over the quote I just pulled off my computer. Then they offered me 4,000.00 less than the kelly blue book on my vehicle.

Biggers Suck

I have a noise problem with our brand new car and we keep taking it in to get worked on and then after 3 days in a row taking it in plus a whole week and half of having it they decided that it is normal. So I test drove the same model and no noises and they still would not help us even after the beginning they say 'Oh no that should not be making that noise'. We even sent a letter to the head man and he never even got back with us. The Cobalt is crap DONT buy it EXPECIALY from BIGGERS. Go with Foreign cars! They really screwed up since my husband and I are in our middle 20's and we told our friends about then and hopefully with will help you on not buying from them!!!!!
