I have bought many cars from other dealers. This was my first buying experience where I did not feel pressured and felt that the sales person, Steve, was looking out for my best interests. I would highly recommend this dealer and have never done that before!

The salesman and entire team did a very good job making sure we were satisfied and understand all of the option that we had to make the decision on what vehicle we bought. We will come back to purchase another vehicle and recommend them to everyone who is interested in buying a vehicle

Purchase of a new Chevy Colorado

this is our eight car purchase from Bob Jass Chevrolet. These guys are great, no pressure to purchase a car, they work on your timeline! We didn't know what type of vehicle to get next to replace our trailblazer, so Michael helped us determine what type of vehicle would best fix our needs, and our budget. Michael was great to work with, would recommend any of our friends to go see Michael, does not press you to purchase until you are ready to. Great service, thanks Michael!!!!

We noticed an ad for a vehicle advertised on the Internet and drove over. the dealership was closed but the repair area was still working on vehicles. We could not find the advertised car and inquired at the repair shop. the mentioned they often posted cars they did not have to drive traffic and it was not unusual. the next day we called the dealership and spoke to Bob and he assured us they had the car on the lot (it was assumed one of the salesmen drove it home the previous night). So we immediately left and drove the 40 minutes to the dealership only to find out they did not have the car on the lot. They claimed they had the car and sold it the previous day and ol' Bruce did not check their inventory when we called and then immediately tried the bait and switch maneuver. Please...sorry Bruce but as all three of our family members will not be doing business with Bob Jass Chevrolet. You wasted 80 minutes of my time when I could have been testing autos that actually existed.
