Great Customer Service and Wonderfully friendly staff

I recently had my third child, and needed to get a larger car very quickly. I knew what I was looking for in the used lot, and tried to be patient until that type of car came in. The sales manager went well out of his way to keep me updated on the progress and what other options I had. When the car did come in, I raced down to see it, and it was perfect. The sales staff was so overwhelmingly helpful and patient with me, as I was 9 months pregnant and toting a 5 year old and a 3 year old who has special needs. Everyone made us feel welcome, was relaxed and friendly to me and my kids, and helpful in every area. The sales manager and sales person communicated perfectly with all of the info, and my personal sales person took so much time with me test driving and exploring every new thing, that I could not believe it. The porter staff took my old car, very dirty and full of car seats and years of kid stuff, and transferred everything to my new car. The financing person was also just a joy to deal with, friendly and funny and seemed to have all the time in the world to answer every last question. They also called back several times int he next few weeks to see how I was liking my new car, if I had figured everything out or had questions, and if the new baby had arrived. I felt like I was dealing with family - and I would recommend the dealorship to anyone looking for a car and great personal service. Hoepfully I will have this car for a long time, but I know where I will go to get my next one when the time comes! Patty

Avoid Howard Orloff

Who's on first? If you want to buy a car where they absolutley could care less about you then buy one here. In 2006, I purchased two vehicles here. A 2006 Volvo XC90 and a 2006 Range Rover Sport. From not returning calls, to misplacing keys during service to fighting over who got credit for the sale, the customer is treated extremely poorly. Service is a joke. No return calls, two week wait time for a simple oil change. Always the same story, service is busy. Well then, staff it properly. I don't even have time to go into the sales manager and how lazy they all are there.
