Nice experience

They were nice from the moment I walked in the door. GM Greg offered me coffee, showed me the vehicles I was interested in, greeted other customers as they walked in (nice touch). Clean and friendly.

great experience

The sales staff there was very nice made you feel like you were important and that they valued your business. My family and I went there and bought a KIA Sorento and couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the purchasing process. We felt we got a great deal. The sales man introduced us to the service department and they seem very nice and professional i will be looking forward to giving this place my business again

Great place!

Great experience overall! If you need a great vehicle, these people will work with you. I just bought my first KIA vehicle. 2012 KIA optima. After my brother recomended me to Kia of bradley. I’m very pleased with this car! My experience was great the salesman A.j. was easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about the car and answers every question I had which helped me make my decision in purchasing a KIA. They all went above and beyond to help me get into a new car with ease and it was no time at all before I was in my new vehicle driving home. I left happy and satisfied and would recommend anyone to this dealership.

Second chance

Nick is the only person to deal with here. I went in 2 weeks earlier and talked with Tayler. She had no knowledge about the 2011 Kia Optima, every question I asked she had to go get the answer from someone else. They didn't have the car I wanted so I told her to just find one and when she did call me and we"ll come back to get it. I gave her my name and number and that should of been it but she left me and my wife in her office for 15min alone then when she came back and I told her I wasn't happy about that and we were leaving she said hold on and turned around and left for 5min. I got up told her we were leaving and to call me when she found my car. Kia of Bradley is in the town I live in so I didn't want to go up north but with Taylor not knowing anything about cars that's the way it was going to be. I knew I wanted a Kia after a month of research all that was left was the test drive. I knew the TMV and that is all I was going to pay. I went back into Kia of Bradley only to test drive the car I wanted (Optima EX w/ Premium Package) so I could then let another dealer up north know that this was the car I wanted. Nick was one of the better Sales people I have ever delt with. I knew a lot about the Optima so it was nice to talk back and fourth about all that the car has and all it can do. He didn't come across cocky our arrogant (a lot are). They only had the EX Turbo w/ Premium and Navigation package. I only knew the TMV of the EX premium package. Nick looked up Edmunds TMV for his car and I bought it from him on the spot for that price. I'm not sure if this comes with the purchase or not but I did get 10yrs of free oil changes and car cleaning and I didn't have to keep some stupid sticker on my rear window saying KiaofBradley.com If you choose Kia of Bradley only see Nick and bring in TMV from Edmunds.

The worst dealership experience in my 40 years

We went to Kia of Bradley to look at a used 2010 Kia Soul for our 22 year old daughter,when we got there it was sold, they tried to sell us on a new 2010 but it was out of her price range. We were told they surely would be able to find a used one exactly like we wanted for us at a monthly payment she could afford, just give them a few days ( and a $1000 deposit to show that we were sincere). After 6 days without a call from Greg and numerous un-returned calls to Taylor our salesperson by our daughter, I started calling them, they supposedly tried to call us but couldn't reach us. On the seventh day when I called Greg he told us the one we wanted ( a green one) didn't show up at the auction but it would be there on Friday, I gave him my cell# and asked him to call me one way or the other....no call on Friday.... my daughter called Taylor twice on Saturday without a promised return call, When i called Greg late Saturday evening he told me he had a silver one, when I told him we didn't want a silver one he hungup on me. First thing Monday morning Greg was unavailable and Taylor was sick, so I talked to Nick the new car manager, I gave him our details about downpayment and monthly payment, he assured me to give him a few hours and he could make something happen "buddy", I gave him two hours and called... he was tied up with a customer..give him another hour..no call back. When I called the third time Nick asked for more time, I told him I was done I just wanted my $1000 back. His response was "come on in and we'll give you your money back. Later that evening when I got there the silver one was sold on Saturday and I was told they couldn't cut a check untill the next day. I have never been lied to as much, ignored and hung-up on as a customer in any dealings I have ever had

Cheap People

I just purchased a jeep from here and although it drives nice it has many deficiencies...such as the cut in the tire we didn't notice and they didn't tell us about at the time of the purchase even though they promised us that it had been through a cetified safety check...and when we did take it back for them to check it they wouldn't do anything about it. And also the driver door isn't alligned with the rest of the car which once again they wouldn't do anything about. In the event of the purchase they gave us a 2month, 2000 mile warranty but yet they won't do anythign about it. The owner is rude and will not reason with the customers. I wouldn't recomend anyone to this dealership. If you want a kia this is not the dealership to go to,
