Over all a 4. The part was late due to the weather. However happy the shop requested GMC products and not substitutes.

Oil change ???

After the oil change had to return because the oil life had not been reset. Later found the windshield wiper fluid had been drained and not refilled. Not happy.

Terrible service department

The service manager dismissed my husband when he told him that we had an extended warranty even though my husband showed him a screenshot multiple times and asked if our work would be covered under our warranty. I then called the service manager and asked him why he did not send our information through the warranty company and he lied and said that we never showed him anything that said we had an extended warranty and assured me 100% that my husband never told him anything about an extended warranty which was not true at all. He was very dismissive on the phone and rude, and our experience was overall terrible and we paid $250 for a service that should have been covered by our warranty. I will never return for service well not recommend and will not buy a vehicle from here if that is the type of service they provide.

Bad guys selling bad cars - beware !

They advertised a 1970 corvette convertible in autobuy - I had contact with a guy called landcaster he was the salesman - Im from germany and so I ask him about the condition of the car. He response very good condition no damage - paint and everthing in very good condition. This I got printed by serveral emails also for documentation he send me about 33 photos. I bought the car because I trust a dealership which sells also cars from Nissan and GM ! But what I received after a few weeks over here was a great piece of [violative content deleted] ! The car has serveral demages - the paint was very bad - the electrical has many bad circuts - and at all as we take the car on a lift we see that this car has had a very bad accident and the frame has a big demage. But this is not all the bad demage was repaired by stupid people so bad that you can throw the car on a junkyard ! This company ripp me off 22.000.-- $ for a frame demaged corvette and they don`t feel bad ! Serveral emails I send - getting no response - and Im sure they know that they sell a piece of [violative content deleted] ! My warning about them - don`t trust what they say - I have to go to a layer to get my money back ! This is a fround - they sell a car what has a very bad accident for a lot of money !
