Wickstrom Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles from the Wickstrom Auto Group in the past and decided to include you as one of the dealerships we were going to work with in quest of a previously owned vehicle. We were fortunate to work with Dustin R. as our Sales consultant. He was very patient with us, due to the constraints that we had set, including purchasing the vehicle contingent upon our mechanic's approval after inspection. We went through several vehicles that seemed as though they would work, but for different reasons, they did not make the final cut. Dustin never gave up, and for every one that did not work out, he got closer to what might work for us. Even though it didn't go as quickly as we had anticipated, we liked Dustin's professionalism and demeanor, and wanted to continue working with him and give him our business. Finally after a little over a month of shopping, Dustin called me to come in and take a look at a Dodge Grand Caravan that had recently come in. It went well with the test drive, and our mechanic gave it a thumbs up. We are now proud owners and excited to be driving our new van that has everything (and more) that we were looking for. Needless to say, we are very happy and hope to work with Dustin again when we need our next vehicle. I will be referring Dustin and Wickstrom to my family and friends when they decide to look for a vehicle. Thank you Mr. Wickstrom for having Dustin in your team of great sales people.
