First and for most let me give a little background on how I came to LOVE the Antioch Chrysler dealership. I originally went was Libertyville Chrysler and let me tell you how awful they were. Not only did they lie about the prices three times to my face, but they were pushy and made me feel bad about the fact that they lied. They said that I was frustrating and that they bent over backwards for my husband and I but all they did was lie about the prices over and over again to make a quick buck... As a military family we move around a lot and to be treated so poorly was an awful experience for us! Having our family so far away has been one of the biggest challenges for us and since in the past our car buying experiences has been positive, this time really ruined that feeling of family. The last dealership we've had was such a great one, we called them our car family and that's how we wanted to feel again. After all that I decided to contacted Antioch Chrysler. Their internet sales manager Lee and their salesman William were who we dealt with. They were both amazing! They were very honest and straight forward with me on the price, broke it all down for me and never made us feel like we had to buy from them nor did they make us feel like we were bothering them. They were so friendly and caring that It made the whole experience smooth and easy. Even when my bank made us wait a few days to write us the check they still called to check on us and to see If there was anything else they could do.
