I live in Alaska, where purchasing a decent used vehicle can be challenging. I had been looking at used trucks during a couple of trips to Montana and Washington, but had been unable to find the right one. While surfing the web, I happened to find a pre-owned truck at Lithia Ford in Boise. I called the dealership and happened to speak with Cristobal Florian. Cristobal patiently answered a bunch of questions and offered to take more pictures of the truck, which he promptly sent. We spoke and e-mailed several times over the next day or so, and I decided to buy the truck. After scanning and signing a couple of documents, I made arrangements to fly to Boise. Cristobal met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership. After taking the truck for a short drive, I found it absolutely exceeded my expectations and the description and photos Cristobal had given me! There were more documents to sign, which went quickly, and once that was finished I was escorted to a freshly washed, fueled, and prepared truck. It was absolutely immaculate! My experience with Lithia Ford of Boise was very pleasant, even enjoyable, from start to finish. The staff were friendly, and there was no high-pressure sales pitch. For my situation, at least, they made an awkward, cumbersome process go smoothly and seamlessly.

Did not get ambushed in lot while we took our time looking. When ready, we found a salesman to ask questions and arrange test drive. That was a wonderful change from other dealers. After test drive, all my questions were answered, in detail, and I did not feel pressured to buy. Buying process was good, organized and explanations given. We were then given hands on instruction so we understood all the features of the car. Even had the Ford app downloaded to phone and ready to go.

New 2018 F150 Truck

My Salesmen, Gary Hansen II, made buying the new F150 a relatively easy and stress free experience. He answered any question I had about operating the truck and told me things I didn't know the truck was capable of doing. I bought my last F150 from Lithia in 2009 and have been happy with the way I have been taken care of by them. I did look around at the other two dealerships in the area but Lithia had the truck I wanted at a price I thought was reasonable for what I was getting.

Lack honesty and integrity

Went in to look at the new 2018 Navigator. A Sales person was circling my car before I even stepped out. I got out after he got tire of waiting for me. Was swarmed the minute I got inside the dealership. The vehicle was on the showroom floor with a dead battery and I was told to come back for a test drive. Surprising lack of service for someone ready to buy a $80k vehicle. Can already tell they have low caliber sales people and service and sketchy sales tactics. I come from a family that was in car sales for 50 years. I would stay away from this dealership unless you can hold up to pressure, dont mind dealing with people who are purely motivated by money, and are ok with a very below average car buying experience.

Buying at Lithia has become a habit for us. This is our 5th car that we have bought - from Victor - and he is AWESOME! He is awesome and super informative when it comes to making a decision. He doesn't try to push the priciest car at all - just the one that will make you the happiest and fit your needs. I love Lithia and the service on the car has always been the best too.

Wanted to take advantage of the Ford year end deals and decided to go to Lithia Ford in Boise. The first person that greeted me was Todd C. What a great experience. He was honest, courteous and answered all of my questions. Intent was to look at a car for my daughter, but when it was all done, I not only bought a car for her, but but another car for my wife. Best car buying experience I have ever had!

I did a great deal of research and found the internet price to be better at Lithia. After the deal was made and the contract was signed, they tried to change the price. I had to get an attorney involved. I would highly recommend you never go here. It's seductive... seems like a good deal but you will regret ever stepping foot on the lot

Great experience! Overall smooth experience, best price I could find within a 300 mile radius. They negotiated well and in the end I walked away with a great deal and great service. I would buy here again. Plus the lifetime oil changes is a great add on, well worth the money.

I was looking for a specific car, and Lithia Ford of Boise was one of the dealerships that had what I was looking for, and Joe was helping me, but he ended insulting me and my family, had no information about the vehicle; he literally read off the paperwork on the side of the car to me. He honestly should not be a salesman. He was so worthless and disrespectful that I went somewhere else and bought the Ford Focus hatchback of my dreams. He ruined my new car shopping experience.

KENT & MY NEW 2016 ESCAPE

I had a very good experience overall with Lithia Ford and Kent Bradford. First of all, Kent has been extremely friendly, genuine, professional and fun to deal with. When a problem was discovered with the first vehicle I picked out, he bent over backwards to make it right getting me in to a different vehicle that ended up being a better vehicle for me. He kept his word every time he gave it and really made the whole process painless. Thank you, Kent!! Christian in finance was just a pleasure to deal with as well! Very friendly and sincere and also had a tremendous sense of humor. He worked to get me a great interest rate and the extended warranty. He couldn't have been more thorough. The experience was actually so great that I'm looking forward to my first oil change so I can say hello. Thank you, Lithia Ford! You will be highly recommended the first chance I get! Deborah

Great people - I purchased an F-150 at an agreeable fair price, no pressure or sales pressure. I was in the process for 3.5 hours (I had a lot of questions) and it was like having a casual conversation in someones home.
