Dennis Dillon Nissan Leasing Department

Wow What A Pathetic 2 years with Dennis Dillon dealership. We were talked into leasing by one of the agents there at dennis dillon. we placed our path finder as the downpayment andit seemed to be okay until the leasing manager became ill. Then things started getting interesting. Our payments started disappearing even when handed to "dave" the acting manager at the time For months we were harrassed by"dave" and to endure him showing up at our home and sending a repo person to pick up the vehicle even when it was proven the payment had been made. This "dave "disheveled and looking like he was out on drunken binge the night before calls me one day because my insurance payment was late and made threats to have our foster children removed from my home if i didn't pay my insurance (great business practice right?) The gentleman in charge was notified and after all said and done i have yet to recieve an apology for their questionable accounting practices or the behavior of Dennis Dillon Employees...As of this moment the day after thanksgiving My vehicle in which i lease from dennis dillon is sitting in there lot because the day before thanksgiving I made my insurance payment of course the ins co. closed early and i did not get my reinstatement policy(my fault) My vehicle at 10 pm at night was removed from my home by police and their repo guy for not having car insurance. funny we offered the copy of the check and whatever was needed and yet we have no vehicle. So i am willing to take the loss and the ding on my credit just for peace of mind Yes they have worked with us at times but at what expense I was even advised that beacuase i leased the vehicle I was not totake the vehicle out of state even for a holiday. With the economy being so bad at this time it is a wonder why they still feel that they can behave in this manner.. keep the vehicle Dennis.Your not worth it. I'd rather walk. I have alot of friends and family as well as word of my outspoken opinion of your dealership.Someday you will realize that you need consumers. Late pament? Be prepared to endure slanderous phone calls from dave or deb and their personal advice to give up the vehicle stating that in america this is how things are done My husband and I are both United States citizens My husband is foreign born with an accent and at the time working with our troops as a linguist helping them protect themselves. [violative content deleted] maybe? you decide. sincerely Moek

Okay so we decide to give it a shot one more time. We settled the insurance issue and drove out to Boise to pick up our Truck When we drove up to it we noticed 3 inches of dried mud and filth all over the exterior of the vehicle not to mention the scratches from bumper to bumper and our back bumper dented. we did not get in the vehicle but went to the leasing manager to find out what had happened to our beautiful truck. Jaren came out looked at the damage said he would talk to his repo guy ( the vehicle was taken due to insurance lapse over a holiday) What about the damage ? Bring the truck in and they will see what they can do. He would call us when he found out what happened Fine. Hop into the damaged and filthy truck to find that the 3/4 tank of gas I had was not only gone but the trucks was running on fumes. Get out of the truck advise Jaren. He instructs his employee dave (remember him) to replace only 1/2 tank dave states his repo guy store the vehicle on a dirt road. no rain or foul weather in the last few weeks but 3in.+ dirt everywhere. I request photos be taken of the mess and damage, Conveniently out of such a large dealership no one had a camera hmmm, imagine that. However a secretary had a camera phone and took photos from there. So we get the vehicle home and waited until the following day. Of course we took photos and then had to take the pressure washer to the vehicle to remove all of the mud. took photos of the vehicle the way we drive it (clean and shiny) get into the cab to vacuum and wash down the mud to find a couple of bullets. Hmmmm. we don't hunt and we don't own guns. where did the bullets come from?.Our payment of course is late do to a change of employment and we are waiting for payroll. Jaren has my husband sign a contract that the payment must be made in 7 days or he takes the truck. mind you we are late but current on our payments thus far. today the truck will be removed from my posession from Dennis Dillon repo guy for a late payment and probably to use it to get more 4 wheeling and hunting done while on repo guy's his lot. Crazy as it seems I was under a different impression of vehicle ownership/leasing and such. It is my belief that the vehicle while being leased by a party should not be used by the dealership for personal use. won't surprise me
