Sorry if this is a commonly asked question but is it safe to assume that the state in which you leasing the vehicle in affects the MF and residual. And if so is there anyway i can find them out for the following? 36mo, 12k/yr & 15k/yr lease on a 2011 Honda CR-Z EX manual in Rochester, NY Thanks!

I got this deal in Rochester area, NY. I did not get the 1.9% financing. I was told by different dealers that at this price it was impossible for me to get the 1.9% 60 mo or 0.9% 36 mo. Honda Finance denied my application for whatever reason. Then the dealer got me a loan from a bank with 5.9% APR which was too high to me so I paid the most with cash.

I purchased my 2009 Ody EX on June 30 for $23,690 + TTL plus 2.9% APR for 36 months. My ODT is $25,780. Back then there was no C4C program yet. The dealer is John Holtz Honda in Rochester, NY.

You got a good deal. I just purchased one in Rochester NY and I have been searching for a month now. 28k, give or take $200 is the best no trade cash deal on a 09 ex-l v6 navi accord.
