New Pilot Lease: by massjake on Tue Nov 20 11:55:35 PST 2007; I'm one month away from the end of a 36 month 05 Pilot LX lease and want to go with another Pilot. Presently I'm paying $302. per month and paid $0. towards cap cost. Vehicle was leased from Peters Honda in Nashua NH. I live in MA. Has anyone heard of a deal comparable to this in my area? I don't care about the trim. Thanks All.

Used 2006 vs new 2007: by tprincipio on Tue Sep 04 15:38:43 PDT 2007; Could someone please explain why nadaguides.com says a 2006 Civic Coupe EX MT w/o nav and 30,000 miles goes for $17,625 when a brand new 2007 can be purchased at invoice for $17,815? I'd like to save money by purchasing a 2006 but $200 isn't enough of a discount. Tracy

It took almost a full week to get the car as they didn't have one in stock. They said the EX 4 cyl. was in short supply & the demand was still pretty high for that trim level. Peters is a fairly high volume dealer here in southern NH, selling 160 or so cars a month (or so I am told). I gave them my color preferences & they found me one at a dealer in another part of the state. It took nearly a week to get the car delivered as the sales managers of competing dealers don't like to give them up!

Even if u live in New Hampshire , u can buy from Mass dealer, just make sure to get letter from dealer that they delivered the van to your New Hampshire residence. This letter will help in case u move to MA later and register van here. Target the volume dealers (generally with 20-30 Odys in stock), they try to move their inventory fast. Volume dealers in mass are Herb CHambers, Boch, Clair, Commonwealth. Bernardi is also giving good deals. As for numbers, start with $27k (including dest) and try to finish below $27.5k (including dest). If u want any accessories, ask them to include in the above price. I got $27200 (including dest, wheel locks, cargo tray, splash guards) from Clair Honda. try the email approach, send emails to 10 dealers in your area with the model & color u r looking for. send 1st round lowest quote to others to see if any is willing to beat it. pm me if u need more help.
