onArmando was quite helpful in helping me to find a car that I liked and they were helpful in helping me return my rental when I purchased my new car.
That's where the good experince ended though.
The copy of the vehicle inspection required to be in the vehicle was not in the car and after an hour of searching they couldn't find it.
They agreed to do another inspection which took them over an hour.
I thought the problems ended there, but they didn't.
A couple of weeks later I emailed and asked about getting the registration as I had not received it yet.
I was told it was submitted and I should get it "this week".
It is now two weeks later and I called the DMV and discover the car is still registered to Cutter and they have apparently not even submitted the paperwork yet.
When I called to complain, I get a story about how they expect to get today.
That would be quite the coincidence if I actually believed them.
If you buy these people, I would make triple sure that they get the paperwork correct and submitted.
